Our Story
Built on the part of the job nobody sees
Master360 Services was founded in 2023 by Fabio Mendes, after years of working Florida’s toughest outdoor projects and watching the same story repeat: beautiful yards failing in a year or two because the work underneath was rushed. Sunken patios. Turf with puddles. Walls that lean.
So he built a company around the opposite idea — do the excavation, grading, drainage, and base compaction properly, every single time, and the finished yard takes care of itself. That’s why every Master360 project carries a 15-year product and installation warranty.
Today our crew serves homeowners and businesses across Tampa Bay and the Suncoast — from the Pinellas beaches to Tampa, Pasco, and Manatee. Fabio still leads every project personally, from the first measurement to the final walkthrough — which is exactly how our clients like it.
