These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Master360 Services LLC website and the services we provide across Tampa Bay & the Suncoast, Florida. By using this website or requesting our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Master360 Services LLC provides artificial turf installation, putting greens, pet turf systems, landscaping, paver and travertine installation, drainage solutions, land grading and site preparation, retaining walls, fences, and related outdoor services. All services are subject to a written estimate and scope agreed upon before work begins.

2. Estimates

Estimates are free and provided in writing. An estimate is valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may be adjusted only with your approval if the project scope changes or unforeseen site conditions are discovered (for example, buried debris, irrigation lines, or unstable soil).

3. Scheduling & Site Access

You agree to provide reasonable access to the work area on scheduled dates. Weather, permitting, or material availability may require schedule adjustments; we will communicate any changes promptly.

4. Payments

We accept Zelle, Cash, Check. Payment terms (including any deposit and final payment upon completion) are defined in your written estimate or service agreement.

5. Warranty

Our work is backed by a 15-year product and installation warranty, covering manufacturer product defects and workmanship under normal residential use. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, alterations by third parties, acts of nature (including flooding and storms beyond design conditions), or normal wear consistent with the product’s specifications. Warranty details for your specific project are provided with your agreement.

6. Client Responsibilities

Providing accurate information about the property and any known underground utilities, irrigation, or structures.
Securing pets during scheduled work.
Obtaining HOA approvals where applicable.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, images, graphics, and logos — is the property of Master360 Services LLC or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, Master360 Services LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Communications

By submitting your contact information, you consent to being contacted by phone, text message, or email regarding your request. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.

10. Governing Law
